Great to catch up with everyone, nice to see 4 Phoenix on the the stand and another one on the RAW stand.

The guy with the Leader needs to re-think the wheel spacers....reminds me of a cigar advert ! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nqqZ28m8uCo :)

Great showing from the Phoenix's.

I even got home without catching fire or blowing anything up.

Seem to have lost and injector, exhaust seems to have lost a U-clamp, blowing out a lot of gas, and won't rev above 6krpm due to trigger wheel problems.

But a great day out! Wish I was camping over

Matt

'lost' an injector? As in it isn't on the car anymore :o  or simply not working ?

It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes . . .
There was a point to this story, but it has temporarily escaped the chronicler's mind

Great day yesterday, lots quieter today but still good opportunites for a chin wag. I'm well fried from the sun & wind! Thanks again to Pete & Ed for their efforts!

Much quieter day on Monday than Sunday, when we saw close to 40 cars on the JPSC pitch.

Sadly, there was no J15 anywhere at the show (that I saw), but we came close to the full JP line-up on Sunday, just missing a Star (one on Monday).

A few pics from both days below.

Home, knackered, dirty and burnt! Another great weekend with more JP
cars than I've ever seen before at one event. Thanks to Pete and Edd
for organising and Stephen for doing a great BBQ job.

I'd like to say thanks to all the people who put the effort in with the tent and food etc., was a top effort! Sorry I dissapeared early but I had been given a phone line shopping list by a couple of friends which I did 4 raids to get, and had an appointment with Rob Farley at his home to do a few jobs on my car.

What a great turnout of cars, and the general quality was very high, considering lots of us use the cars HARD and are not just polished ornaments. And I love the fact that although there were several of the same type, no two were (remotely!) identical and shows these cars are much more individual than Westfields or Caterhams (which I love). Looking at some of the club stands, they had rows and rows of near identical cars in different colours like a mainstream car showr. Not for me. Good show!

Sorry I couldn't make it gents, I was relly hoping to but I was overseas with work and it was extended from returning on Friday to returning on Sunday night.

This is about the 3rd year in a row that work has buggered up my attendance!
