Simon

My data -- but I think Jeff uses the same.

185/55-13 Avon ZZR (front wheel) on Compomotive CXR 13x7 = 11.2kg
215/55-13 Avon ZZR (rear wheel) on Compomotive CXR 13x7 = 13.2kg

Same tyres on Rimstock (TD) pro-race 1.2 wheels are approx 100g lighter.

Must be cross-plies Simon. When I had 15x7 wheels they came in at 14.5-15.0 kg each.

Correct David,
Avon cross-plies, makes me think I should keep them for a bit longer?

I see Avon are now claiming exemption for their ACB10 Sport from EC tyre labelling regs on the basis that they are designed exclusively for use on vehicles registered before 01.10.1990.

Scrute might have fun with that with regard to road legality on newer cars!
