Have replied to consultation. Seems a really worthwhile idea to me. The photo on the MSA doc looks like Kop Hill which is only a few miles away. They have run a non-competitive event there for a few years recently but it used to be a proper hill climb in the distant past.
Treachery and old age will always triumph over youthful enthusiasm.
