No more sprinting this year. . . .
Convertible under a cover in the garage until April . . . . .
Winter tyres on the truck . . . .
Log baskets getting filled . . . .
Thoughts turned to Striker upgrades . . . . .
I declare it winter

I would add to that:
The autumnal smell of decay when you drive/cycle through wooded areas.
The fact that I have stopped wearing shorts.

So what can we expect from the merging of the Westfield and the Stiker? A Vauxhall engined Striker and a Megabusa Westfield? Are Chris and yourself going to double drive the Striker then?

The Busa is no more, Jeff (see pic posted on the Hethel thread). Everything apart from the gearset is scrap.
So, next year there will be only the Striker -- Chris and I will share. It will have a sequential/Geartronics gearbox for certain, but whether it has a 1600cc engine or larger is still open

Yes season over now. Engine and gearbox out ready to get synchro problems and an oil leak fixed. How I look forward to those cold damp days in the garage
