Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 October:

The original parts of the Zetec engine can be removed.

Because i gonna use bike throttle bodies and a custom made exhaust, these parts can be removed.
Also the flywheel must be removed and a replacement to a 1.8 flywheel must be made.
This replacement is necessary because i gonna use a IB5 gearbox of a Ford Ka.
For this match there must be made some modifications to the belhous and the sump.

See pictures of Ford Focus engine meets Ford Ka gearbox :D

25 Januari:

There's a lot of work done.

Because the 2.0 blacktop zetec normally is beeing placed with an MTX-75 gearbox and i don't have enough space for this gearbox, some modifications to the sump and gearbox must been made.

The upper patern of the gearbox and engine are the same, the sump needs some modification.

See some pics:

After the modifications whe disassembled the gearbox for wetblasting the aluminum parts

Also the altenator needs a place onto the engine

25 Januari part two:

Because we don't use the original waterpump, we needed a blanking plate for the waterpump.
You can buy one, but you can also re use the original waterpump :D
