Hi all,
Just wondered what paint people recommend for the non gel coat parts of GRP? My side pod ends came pre-painted so I don't know what's best to use to re-paint.
Thanks,
Ian

I just used Halfords cheapest matt black to spray the rear face of both pods & the cut areas & grilles of the exhaust pod. It worked OK.
"Low Commotion" Quite possibly the slowest Fury.........................................................................in the world.

Assume you mean the internal surfaces (e.g. bonnet underside) when you talk about non-gelcoated areas?
I used standard polyester resin, with a good dosing of black pigment.
Should be pretty resistant to chipping, and does a good job on any of the dryer areas on the tub.
Got a lot of black pigment thats gathering dust which people are welcome to a pot of.
