What was your quickest time in the last car round brands?
Do you feel you've got the measure of the measure of the Zeus ?

Do I have the measure of the Zeus, not even close as the last time I drove it the ambient temp was very low and I couldn't reach the clutch properly.

Last time I was at Brands was pre-supercharger and I was doing 56 ish secs. RGB car can do 50-51s. Lap record is 38.x so the Zeus was within a sec of the lap record when driven by a pro driver who jumped in and did 5 laps in it. The car is at the top of the Palmersport Bedford lap chart as well.

So are you keeping it or are you selling it?

Did a blast round the track remind you of what you've been missing all season?

I'm confused and I've not seen any meeting write ups so I'm taking it that it hasn't been out this season.

Shortened version of the year so far

1. I broke my leg in March
2. The car was not MSA legal because of the roll hoop and it took till June to get the testing/paperwork complete
3. Did the first MSA event at Snetterton 100 BSC round on two year old tyres and almost made the top 10 runoff.
4. Engine let go on the last run at Snett - cost to repair £12.5K
5. Engine is finished and running 4 months later, hence the run out at Snetterton 300 to shake down the car/paddleshift.

Car is still for sale but if it doesn't go the winter I will run it next year.

Luck, what is that?

Ohh and I broke my distance glasses before the first practise run.

That some luck you don't have there.
Motorsport seems expensive.

Best of luck for next season.
