Yes, get the car back tomorrow. I'll be at the BTS (Number 117).

Basically the engine is blowing all the packing out of the exhaust so Kevin at Zero exhaust has made a whole new exhaust. 2.25" primaries (29.5" long) into an oval can. The can will have a front chamber which will stop the sound waves pushing the packing out. It should/will be quiet enough without the over the wheel bits.

Are they so big due to the fact that its supercharged and you're moving a lot more air in and out the engine?

i think i was told 1.75" internal for my engine. but thats N/A

What flavour of metal have you gone for?

Exhaust size depends on the power you are running and the rpm which the power is made at.

Are you having it coated like the last one? Stainless or mild steel?

Stainless (304), not getting it coated (at the moment at least).

Wondered whether you might have gone for mild steel after the old one cracked. Maybe a support bracket near the collector might help reduce vibration?

Are you not going for coating because of time constraints or because it wasn't effective?

Cost and time constraints. The old one cracked (after 5 years) at the point It had been welded. I'm pretty sure Kevin at Zero Exhausts knows how to make them without cracking.
