Any plans for this year? I understand Edd is likely to be elsewhere...

Re: Stoneleigh 2016
I'm planning on being there Sat PM to Monday.
Are we doing Sat' curry night again? Seems to be becoming a tradition.

Timely Post.
Yes, unfortunately I am unable to be there this year. Currently unsure any of the small comittee will be there.
This leaves the issue of the equipement/Gazebo and getting it to from Stoneliegh if/as required! Something I am working on but need help!

Re: Stoneleigh 2016
Thats a shame. Happy to try and help but I'll be going in the Fury so chances of carrying extra kit are limited. I'll be there late Sat afternoon to early afternoon on Mon.

Hi Steve,
Wrong end of the country to get the official kit from me, although could look at a courier.
If you could bring a ten/shelter to provide a 'base'?
I'll look at maybe getting the banner to you?

Re: Stoneleigh 2016
The Gazebo/shelter is about the size of 2 gazebos, one being the fabric, the other being the poles.
I guess minimum is the flag and pole, and some sort of shelter/focal point. This doesn't have to be the JPSC Coleman Shelter if anyone is happy to bring a Gazebo/Tent/Pub Brolly?

OK,
A chap on Locost has offered to bring a shelter, may well be you Craig?
I am happy to courier the banner/flag to Adi, is that ok Adi?
Really do appreciate the help guys, I am absolutely gutted not to be there this year, especially with the Sylva new owners launching!
