Hi
I have a striker with a squeek in the rear suspension.
I looked at it and i think it's from the rear wishbones: they don't seem wide enough for the pickup points in the chassis.
Has anyone seen this before? afaik it was always thight but now i started sqeeling and everybody is looking weird at me when i get out a the car sqeels.
Now i need an opinion on what to do about it:
- leave it like this
- take the wishbones off and put some grease between it
- cut/weld the wishbone/chassis mounts
- bend the mounts a little bit
- grind a smal bit off the tube where the bush sits in
- any other thoughts?
these images are from the right wishbone

all (metallastic) suspension bushes should be clamped on the inner sleeve between the brackets.
can you add washers /spacers to the inner sleeve (eventually you need to bend the bracket back open in their original position)?

as said you should have a small washer on the inside against the inner bush tube.
