The proper Job

its very frustrating, every time this is published I can never get to download it or view it without someone sending me a link. I do not see the 5th option to look at it on the home screen,i cannot log in, i cannot register, I cannot ask for my password, all it says is someone else is using my name and that my email does not exist.
