Of course you can 'crash' the party, you will be most welcome!

I need to get next years trip organised, but need SWMBO to make her mind up a. Can I go (??) b. Is she coming c. Is Anya coming. Therefore is it Striker or Support Van?

Anyway, we camp at Spay http://www.campingfrance.com/fiche.jsp? ... &t=3&lg=uk , which is a big link!

More later.....

Edd.

I can just imagine how comfortable my new seats are going to be after 200 miles to Dover, then 400 miles to Le Mans. See pic below:

Also, it looks like Andy wants to bring his son, so looking even more like we will be in the Alfa.

Current Roll call:-

1. Edward - Possibly in Van with Emma and Anya (Emma and Anya may be staying in Mayenne and I will be at Le mans with an old friend who lives in Mayenne) 2. Ben 3. Ben 2 4. Ron and Tom - I have booked their ferries today as they needed early/popular return) 5. David and Adam - Ferries booked with Ron's.
6. Andy and Gareth - Gareth booked own ferry months ago!!

Myself & some mates have gone mad over recent weeks ! What started as a pub-chat, looks like its likely to happen

One of them's family has a villa in Greece & we've decided were driving down, via Reims/Champagne (pre-requisite for the ladies in the left-hand seats), & Italy.
Leaving UK on 29th May, returning Mon 14th June. Still in the accomodation finding/planning stage.

The ladies are likely to fly back, & the cars will be back in Ancona/Italy on Thursday morning, prior to Le Mans.
So that's 2 and a bit days to get across Northern Italy/France.

Assuming we've got ferries booked, can we gatecrash the JPSC camp site for the Le Mans weekend ?
What do you do about entry tickets, where do you camp, etc ??

We'll be 4 knackered, looking-for-a-beer blokes / 2-4 tents / 4 cars - My Stylus Zetec, a 5ltr Pilgrim Cobra, Murtaya (Scoobie Kit), & a Ferrari 308.

Rgds, Matt.

Been trying to get this buttoned down.

Definitley doing the run to Greece, but difficult to be sure of making Le Mans (but will be in France somewhere  )..

Now decided to make Le Mans Classic instead, as this is a sure thing... see new topic.

Countdown just a week until the "invasion of France" starts again and 10 day to the start of the race ..... Watched the Radicals at Oulton park on Monday to get into the zone, can't wait now.
