Hi All
Now I've succesfully started my new turbo engine transplant, I've got some Zetec bits to part with.
Will offer them on here first, but will go on ebay if no interest.
Brand new, unfitted, LUKE Motorsport geared starter for Zetec / Type 9. - £120
Pair of genuine DUNNELL ZRV cams, 2nd hand, low mileage. - £250 the pair
New price £245 each +VAT.
Bought direct from Paul Dunnell, as used stock, with 2 sets of cam timing settings.
For Silvertop Zetec, running hydraulic tappets
Cam timing 1 can be run in a standard engine - will give around 180 BHP / improved torque.
Needs the cams timed properly with a timing disc, uprated springs recommended.
Cam timing 2 requires pocketed (standard Ford) pistons, uprated valve springs & verniers - will give around 190/200 BHP / much better torque.
Will give over 200 BHP with a head skim/compression ratio increase.
Needs an engine tuner to do the machining work - Dunnell recommended !
I also have a Silvertop, series 2, Zetec donor engine, complete. - £70 or offers.
2ltr, from a mondeo auto. Has the cylinder head removed.
Was split as I planned to rebuild with forged internals, & the above Dunnell cams.
Still has all the other Ford bits too if wanted - PAS, aircon pumps, inlet & exhaust manifolds, sump, etc
All parts in Lindford, Hants (GU35)- to be collected, or postage paid.
