This is a square tube Phoenix with Mx5 running gear and old style rear end.
www.cyanacars.com (that page has been dead for a while) bought some rights for manufacture (from STM I think).
He does seem to have a facebook page http://www.facebook.com/pages/Runcorn-U ... 789?v=info
which includes a phone number. Nice chap, and I got some parts from him, but the project doesn't seem to be progressing, which is a shame as mx5 running gear + phoenix is a good combination.
This one was on e-bay for a while "2009 cyana silver". Sold at least once (4.5k), but must have fallen through.
