This car is on the button and ready to race.
2007 Fireblade CBR1000RR (AB Performance engine) engine on injection, which gives a great deal of extra umph at around the 8000rpm mark. This has completed one race in 2008 and one sprint this year, has an AB performance billet sump.
Receipt for this engine available
When this car was racing at Croft it lapped in a best of 1min 32 sec
160/165 bhp as standard
IRS, not live axle
Recently re-sprayed in Lucky Strike livery
FIA rear cage
FIA Rain light
13" rims Kumho Ecsta race tyres
Willwood adjustable brake bias, dash mounted. Twin master cylinder.

If this is the car I think, the sprint was at Barkston Heath. It's a very pretty car (if you're tall enough to see over the airbox) and, even if I'm not keen on BECs, I was itching to have a go -- should have the potential to be really fast. StrikerXE will also have seen it at the same event ;)

Hi David,

at 5'9" I dont find the air box a problem.
It is certainly fast and runs as if on rails.

As to selling, I have another couple of projects waiting andI'm running out of space, so it really needs to go

Gone to a good home I think with a novice racer. Yet to take his ARDS 'Brucie Bonus' he is organising forms to join the RAF gang
