Race Sylva Phoenix spotted for sale

Spotted for sale a 750 MC race Sylva Phoenix with Zetec power: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/157707647126?
Looks like a lot of fun and a lot of car for £4.5k.
Would be fun on the hills and on sprints, but I guess a smaller capacity Zetec might be handy depending on class splits. Road legal would have given more options.
