I'll re-phrase, they do care but when you are under a customers car and the phone rings you don't answer it. At the end of a working day you have 20 messages, 30 emails & texts and no time to do anything about a £5 sticker or whatever then it gets marked as "I'll get round to it". It isn't that they don't care, simple that they don't have the staff or that the staff don't have the time.

Hi,
I have just sent out invoices to the 3 confirmed member's orders.
One order is from a current non-member, you need to be a member to dispay the clubs sticker!
I have one more order to process from Phil.
More merchandise to come hopefully once I can get a teenager moving soon....
