Star/Leader parts wanted

Gents,
Just a quick request for any parts suitable for Star/Leader that are for sale?

I'm going through the entire vehicle during the restoration so I'll consider any part upgrade/update.

Viva front discs and rear drums (new) would be great!

Hi, I've got a Swindon sports leader 400 which was involve in a accident a couple of years ago. I will be stripping the car down in about a months time to make space in the garage for the striker I have just purchased. The chassis is slightly crumpled around the area of the top wishbone mount on the drivers side. The brakes/hubs are Vauxhall Chevette and I have 2 axles. One axle is off a 1.3 Chevette and the other off a HS Chevette. The HS axle was fully rebuild a month before the accident with a low mileage crown and pinion of 3.44/1 ratio, the 1.3 axle is 4.1/1. The engine and gearbox I will be using in the Striker ( 2 litre Fiat Twin cam ) as it was fully rebuilt about 2000 miles ago and the one in the Striker is slightly tired. I do have to mention that the handling character of the Leader is preferable to me than the Striker, more stable and less twitchy. This probably down too the wider tyres and smaller steering wheel on the Striker.

How small is your wheel then? You can fit quite a large one if required.

Slightly different as Chevette wheels have a 100mm PCD (Viva is 4"/101.6mm). I really like the wheels I have and don't want to change them.

Let me know when you start the strip down! I'm sure by then I will have identified other parts I need.
