Complete Kit Car track day at Llandow 14th May
I've just booked on this and JeffW is also booked in his Phoenix. It's always good to have a few club members together at these things, so who else is up for it? £95 (or £75 if you have a CKC subscription). Nice little circuit thats great for novices but still has enough to keep the experienced happy. Think the usual format is sessions in the morning according to experience and the open pit lane in the afternoon (well it was on the 2 previous occasions I've gone).
Book (soon, as I suspect there's limited places left) via the link on the left column here... http://www.completekitcar.co.uk/

Play these two videos at the same time and you get a flavour of 2014 event. This supported by RAW and Omex so if you wanted to drive a Striker you can have a go in RAW's demo car.

Re: Llandow CompleteKitCar TrackDay
I did start the topic including Raw+Omex but edited them out as I wasn't sure they were there.
I'd better get mine fixed but luckily a lot simpler than your work Jeff; just a sensor bung to weld back in the exhaust and I guess I need to change the bald 3-4yr old tyres... the last time out was like a drift day.

Guess I'd better get the car ready soon, though my preps are probably a bit less critical than your's Jeff.
Have you had any event details sent. I haven't had anything since the booking confirmation e-mail.

No details, normally it is 8ish that we arrive. Just seeing if there was anything last year and I can't find it.

Thats OK then. Weather forecast is looking reasonable, though it's still a long way out to be too reliable.

Me and the Mrs are coming to kick tyres, give some moral support to Jeff (all the hassle will be worth it in the end) and see if we can cadge a ride or two
I was hoping to see RAW but they are not coming

Got the schedule in the post yesterday. Next question... Finish of the almost slick 4yr old tyres or fit the new ones?

If you are on a trailer then option 1, if you are driving it down then option 2.
