After the success of the June track day we've got the second event coming up.
It's a sprint day, sort of a come and try it type event. The format will be an open pit lane track day in the morning followed by a timed one lap sprint in the afternoon. Day licences will be issued and cars run in normal track day trim (no cut off, extinguisher, timing bar, etc, required)
Each car should get should get 2 practice runs followed by 4 timed runs. The format is described here... http://www.mazdaontrack.co.uk/blyton-pa ... -641-p.asp
The normal cost is £149 but club members will get a £20 discount. For that you get the morning open pit session, a day licence, timed runs and possibly prizes. Anyone interested needs to PM me for the discount code. MoT have expressed a concern that non-members may use/spread the code so once you have it please keep it to yourself.

Sounds like a great day, shame I'm up there the weekend before for a Sprint on the 13th.

Re: Blyton 19th Sept
would it be an idea to post this in the http://www.clubstylus.be/ forum too as they are owners of JP designed cars?
But they wouldn't get the club discount.
Could be a way of increasing club numbers?

Don't think there's any harm in doing that Dave. There's probably a few who are JPSC members but dont visit/wouldn't see it here anyway. I'm not a member there so if you wouldn't mind doing the honors...
Like wise Edd, if you could put the word out.

Coming up on 3 weeks to this and so far I've had... ZERO requests for the discount code! (with the exception of AdamR who expresed interest in the other Blyton thread so I sent it to him)
Am I going to be on my own? Edd have you had anyone asking via the e-mail you sent or the chat list?

Adrian,
Nothing here either!!
Strange...if Striker wasn't poorly, or I had time to fix it, I'd go!

Re: Blyton 19th Sept
I would love to do this but, as I said, I'm there the weekend before and it is a very long way from Kent. Great facility (one of my favourites) so it would be a great shame if more people didn't do it.
This will give any waivers an idea of the track
