It was a great day, you missed a good one. Weather was perfect and all the drivers seemed to keep out of each others way.

I've got some GoPro footage when I have time to workout how to add my datalogs on it

Lack of JPSC cars though, only one other there was Whitestriker from here

Towing home was fun (for Debbie doing the first stint), the Land Rover satnav took us along a stupid country lane that was not much more than a farm track  Daft route to the M4!

Not the best quality but my first attempt at overlaying the datalogger data on a gopro video

https://youtu.be/uvqwngVQhJs

The original data is in 1080p and very clear but it seems I have to spend (another) £99 with Race Technology to get better quality from them (having already spent >£1k on the dash/logger/GPS/ECU link etc) :!:

And they know how to charge for their sensors!

Any ideas where i could pick up a reasonably priced suspensions one??

Which one? I got my oil pressure sensor straight from the manufacture, a little cheaper (but not much and slightly better spec ;)

I got pressure ones from the states, three for the price of one here. Ive not wired it up yet, I'm looking for a suspension position sensor so that i can see how the ride height is working at different speeds.

Variohm make the type that RT sell but I doubt they will sell them any cheaper for just a few off https://www.variohm.com/motorsports/index.php

You could go for something like this and make your own outter tube to keep the dust out http://uk.farnell.com/w/search/prl/results?brand=variohm-eurosensor&st=linear+position I have used one similar to make a prototype tread depth gauge (the tread depth was 8") and once in its own box with extra bearings to support the shaft it worked well. Look at the datasheet though to make sure they are not too 'chunky'.

You need it on all 4 corners to make any sense of it though.
