OK, it's simple. Make contact with the person whose space you want to use, and sort out money etc between you. The person offering the space will have been emailed a form to complete and an email address to send it to. Get a copy of this form, fill it in for youself, and make a note on it of the name of the person whose space you are taking. Email this new form to the address originally supplied in the email by Thursday at the latest.

You have to be a JPSC member, so join up quickly if you aren't.

Also, let me know what you are doing, as I will have the master list on the day

Pete

Excellent. Got some new A048s to try out, so need a dry track !

We can't get the JPSC marquee down there, so if it looks like it is going to rain, I will bring a Gazebo with sides.

All,

I too am in a position where i can't make the day due to mechanical problems.

If anyone is interested then please let me know. At Peter says, provided they are a member of the club the entry is FOC or if that makes you feel guilty a small donation to my favorite charity will be greatly appreciated.

Let me know ... Andy

Regarding just turning up, there is a car park where spectators generally park and then watch thru a mesh fence only yards from the track.
That said I have never seen anyone asked to leave the compound, I frequently pop in with no issue, you just walk in.

I am sure it has been said in the previous pages and elsewhere, but Llandow are big on having covered legs and arms. No dB testing ever, but they will ask you to cover up, (in anything, doesn't have to fire tested etc!).

There is a good cafe right there too! Petrol stations a few mile away, they have no petrol there.

One other thing, if you have been there before and use the big Industrial park sign as a way mark to find the entrance, it has been taken down.

ps I have sold my Striker, but will be there in my new Kermit green ex-RGB with a roll cage and another driver. My name is Ed, please say hi! It should be a good day.
Many thanks to the organisers!

Just a thought, if the day is in sessions (usual until lunch), then I may, if able, buy up another place on the day for my second driver, so we both have different sessions. I don't want to stress anyone on the day, but at very least some charity may benefit, or the club etc.

Both my and my mates places are still available, I'm barely going to have internet access so a text to my mobile is best. I probably can't help out with the form though as I can't access my email that far back from here. If someone else could post it up on the web somewhere or email it to anyone who might need it I would appreciate it.

I`ve arranged to have a space place from hobbsy, but he cannot send the form via email as he cant access it whilst in deepest, darkest Cornwall.

would someone be so kind as to forward a form to me?

email of:
hayesa(at)halcrow.com would be great.

thanks, please ignore this request if Pete manges to see my email and resond below. Thanks All

Alex

So it looks like both I and Hobbsy have one place left each .... Any takers ? It's got to be a bargain  ... even the weather looks like it's going to be nice now ...

Andy, i`d have ripped your arm off but i assured hobbsy i`d have one of his places last night- so i`d better stick with it. I`m sure someone will take you up on that offer.

I just need to get a form in to the organisers, if anyone can send a blank one that would be great.

Thanks
