friday night went out for a quick drive then someone pulled out on me at a round about then"crash" then bloody drove off !!!!!!!

so upset what do i do now ? the police come past and stop to make sure i was alright, and i have got to go and report the crash at my local police station tomorrow

i love the striker

the steering arm is bent and the passenger side of the chassis is bent

no mate was spun around and then the dick drove off i mean crash into someone then drive off how did he know that i was not hurt ?

I was speaking to Steve this morning at Fury Sportscars and he mentioned you had rang. I hope you are OK and the car isn't too damaged.

Yeah I am fine thanks really don't know what to do really down in the dumps about it what would you guys do ? Pull it apart and get the chassis sorted ? Or sell it and get something else ?

I can tell you have the love for the car as we all do. Just sit back in the garage and have a beer. Get it stripped, you know it will not take long once the exhaust is off and the fuel, you will be able to lift the engine and box out in one. get it fixed and be back on the road. This IS the way forward dont make the rash decission and sell it cheap. Its only February you could have it stripped worst case by the end of the week fixed and back on the road by the end of March.

These things are made to test us but once fixed you will have that smile back

I am liking what u are saying m8 just need to get out there like u say !!! I just had it how I wanted it and this bloody happens I am going to strip it and repair it then have it re powder coated at work then get it all back together. Just need to get the rack sorted,do escort racks have track rods that remove or not ? also think I am going to need new front wheel guard and will need a new alloy side panel as it has bent

Ps dopdog really loved ur old striker !!! It was a beast !!! You got any pictures of it ?? Do u miss it ? And what is the new car ?
