Hi guys, hope you're all well. I've a set of gsxr 600 throttle bodies which i'm respacing to suit a st170 inlet manifold. Wondering if it makes any difference which way round the throttle linkage is, i.e next to cyl 1 or cyl 4. I guess if i flipped the TBs through 180 degrees the cable would be pulling down instead of up...
anyone have any pics or could take some of the whole throttle cable route and connection to TBs, as the build gallery at the furysportscars website hasn't proved too helpful.
cyl 1 is closest to the front of the car.
A second thought is how to go about blanking the spare injector holes on the TBs, i like the idea of some sort of rubber bung, as it would make it possible to run 8 injectors in the future.
Regards,
Ed.

Re: picture of zetec / 4 cyl cec on TBs throttle linkage
I have my GSXR750 TBs mounted upside down, with injectors underneath and linkage at gearbox end with cable exiting downwards. Seems to work ok...
