Droop

In the process of putting together an anti-roll bar set up on the front of my car I noticed that, with the shock at its full extension, the rocker arm is horizontal and the lower wishbone virtually so. This means that all the travel in the shock is for upward movement of the wheel - there is no travel to allow a below horizontal wishbone/lever arm, or what I'd term droop. Should there be??

I assume that the lower wishbones should be horizontal at the normal ride height and so, when cornering, some travel would be required during roll to allow the outside wheel to "fall" ??

I had the shocks from Protec and quoted the dimensions of the original Spax items - maybe I should have checked this first :?

Any coments gratefuly received ;)

I've got what I thought was very little droop on my Fury. Probably about 3/4" (if that)and I'm running fairly low ride height with horizontal wishbones. Only time I feel it lift an inside wheel is on track riding the curbs.
