Hi,
I have just purchased a Phoenix that had a ZX9 previously and now needs a ZX10 to be fitted. The trouble is that the engine mounts are not the same. Is there anybody out there that has a ZX10R in thier Phoenix, because I would love to pick thier brains.
Regards,
Peter

Hey Peter,
Is that Marc's old car?
I'm attempting a Hayabusa in mine.

Hello Ian,
Yes it was Marc's car. Now I am having fun trying to get it on the road. What engine did you have previously? How is the Busa install going?

Peter,
It used to have the trusty old 4AGE 16v/T50 box as many Australian builders use (since sold to a friend for use in his rally-car)
Progress this year has been slow due to several things, not car-related....but have been working on it again last few weeks.
Some pic's of the re-build from middle of this year...

I've had to modify the chassis & custom-make most of the bits for the Hayabusa installation...(been a bit of a mission!)
Looks like a nice Phoenix you've acquired....Marc had certainly made a nice job of building it with lots of quality bits...looks like it was about 90% finished?
