Phoenix wheels and tyres

Postby jeffw » Fri Oct 15, 2010 5:10 pm

Right.....Wheels and Tyres for a live-axle Phoenix.

I currently have 14" 6J Minilites at ET18 (108 PCD obviously) running R888 185/60 14 tyres. The ET is doesn't appear to be marked on the wheel so it is my best guess measurement. I want to drop down to 13" wheels and run bigger tyres as I can light up the backs way to easily.

The clearance on the current setup is pretty close on the trailing arms and there isn't much clearance on the rear bodywork (or front either). I'm planning on running either Pro Race 1.2s or CXR wheels and I would assume I need 13" 7J ET18 but I'm not 100% sure. I'm looking to get 205/XX 13" tyres (although I would like to get 225 if possible).

Thoughts, comments, offers for the old wheels/tyres ?
