Thought I'd kick this off!
My name's Richard and as you might guess from the title I live in Ruislip. Married, 2 kids (well 22 and 15!) and work as a Senior Fire Officer for the LFB.
2 weeks ago I collected a Full Bodied Riot from Jeremy (chassis number 3) and am now frantically building! Panels are cut, drilled and shaped and away being powder coated. Going for a yellow and black theme. Car is bright yellow and the interior, wheels etc are going to be black.
Gone a slightly different route with the engine then Jeremy had planned for - have sourced a Duratec and gearbox from a 8000 mile ST150. Going to go the Jenvey route with it too.
Anyway that's briefly me - Hi to you all.
Rich

Sounds like it will be a cracker...given your job I would have thought red & yellow would be a better combo

...and maybe some flashing blue lights?
Look forward to seeing some Spectres start appearing - it is really growing on me.

Here you go
What do you think?
Picking the ally panels up from the coaters tomorrow.
Work car is an unmarked Golf TDi 170 with a chip!! Fitted with blues and twos etc.
Cheers

Looks great. I like the double roll hoop option. Do you know if it's available with the diagonals back to the rear of the chassis?
Ali panels are going to be black too?

I'm sure if you talk to Jeremy he'll do what he can to accomodate most requests at the chassis build stage.
Yep black aluminium panelling with black rivets!

Re: Hi From Ruislip
Maybe the Administartors could consider a build section on the forum?
