Paint advice

I never got round to painting the insides of my Striker sidescreens when I built the car, now putting it back on the road so thought I'd give them a bit of paint. Gel coat on the outsides is still mint, so have stripped them down and masking up, so not to mess it up, but just wondered what finish folks have used and were they were happy with the results? I don't have spray equipment so it's got to be something out of a can..
