I have fitted the Accusump to my riot and has sorted all the oil surge problems. Mine has the electric valve and the optional pressure switch so that it does not operate until the oil pressure drops bellow 35psi

A few years ago a couple of them were in use in RGB racing which is much harder on the engines than trackday use. However, they've now disappeared in wet sump installations in favour of decent baffles, swinging pickups and, to be honest, avoiding the engines that don't like it. There was never any conclusive evidence that the Accusumps actually did any good. There are, though, a few engines that are running dry sumps.

I was having oil surge a lot on track days and have had no oil surge at all after fitting the accusump and still arn't now I am racing
they also provide oil pressure to the engine before start up the only downside I can think of is the extra weight
