Re: New Sports Car Name Suggestions ?
Have spoken to Jeremy today - he's not had a good day spending much of it taliking to legal types!
He's also in a quandary about naming the car although he's got some ideas!
Cheers

Re: New Sports Car Name Suggestions ?
I met Jeremy last Thurs to look at the 'Full bodied R1ot' as it is currently known and he had just received the bad news about the name. It's a real shame. Super guy, really interesting to talk to could have chatted for hours.
I like the name Sylva Classic because it is and it fits nicely with the 60's retro feel of the car.
I'll be placing an order when I can sort the roll bar issue. Single hoop looks great but not safe when driving with passenger (IMHO) and not sure about double hoop or full hoop cage. My lad is mocking up some photos so I can see what the different options would look like, could post here if anyone else is going through same dilema!

I would quite like to see any cage options as I for one wont drive on a track without a proper cage.

I don't think you can copyright numbers can you. So the Sylva 10 or 11 would be ok. Isn't that why intel cme up with the Pentium, rather than following the 386, 486 sequence they had up to that point.

Fitting a cage is pretty trivial as the chassis is perfectly sound and provides a profusion of potential hard points. I've designed one for my race version of this un-named car which complies with the Blue Book. Almost any cage supplier, and Jeremy if you twist his arm, would be able to do the same.
