Well, I guess this answers the question of what eventually happened to my old car...

Not much left of it. Oh well, a good few owners enjoyed it including me!

Re: My old Fury :(
What's going on there then? That link *was* to my old Cossie Fury.... If the ad has gone, basically it has been stripped of everything bar the chassis, body panels and enough suspension to allow it to be rolled around, some wiring and the rear lights. And what's left looks like it's been stored in a muddy field for quite a long time.
And no Adi, I didn't buy it back!

I spotted that add and thought I recognized the car, I put it on my watch list to have a proper look later but got a message the item was no longer available (obviously sold off eBay). With the price of YB cosworth engine parts these days I'm not surprised it got stripped the same happened to my leader though ten or so years ago now, sad to see.

As Dave says vlick on "listing" in the bit that says it's been removed and it'll take you to the original.
I hope someone's going to put it back together but I suspect itight have been bought for the v5.

I remember seeing that car at Mark Fishers, probably in the late 90's....looked a beast at the time

Re: My old Fury :(
At least the person selling has got the right idea to keep it a beast, suggesting an AJ30 in it.
Interesting to see the engine bay pic and the fact that the diagonal from the pedal box to the back of the rocker has been removed.
Was the chassis always like that?
I've got a diagonal bar either side and one also tying the back of the rockers together. Its a zetec so needed to move the engine back (which has caused a lot of other issues).
