Escort Uprights measurement help

Hi all,
Does anyone have a set of uprights kicking about where they could measure the size and spacing of the 3 holes where the brake disc splash guard fixes to.
I want to draw up a bracket that would hold a cold air feed
bit like this
Trouble is im away from the car at the mo.
