spring rate sylva striker

Postby ghost-monster » Tue Feb 28, 2017 10:50 pm

Good evening to all, I own a SYLVA STRIKER of 1990.

I intend to change the springs, the datasheet provided with the 180 lbs back board car and 140 lbs in front.
Do you think this is correct for use in hillclimb and road?

Thank you

I'd expect 180 front and 140 rear rather than the other way around. Thats fairly common set up and about what Jeremy recommended for the road I think. People have gone stiffer though and had good results; Around 200 front and 160 rear.
