Looking good, not had mine noise tested yet (only been to Blyton and they seemed very relaxed about such things) so hoping I don't need to add an airbox to this at some stage. The filter is hiding some roller barrel throttle bodies but you still get a good roar out of them at high rpm ;)

shaped foam, covered in wall filler, sanded, painted and have since silicone sealed around edges
now for the fibreglassing :mrgreen:

wet layup, probably 2-3 layers, 450g csm. brush and modified small paint roller...

et voila, cost about £70, £25 of which was the ramair filter. just a soft support to make for the dead weight. now to see if it works....
