Fisher fury aeroscreen

Postby Jmad » Wed Jul 22, 2015 10:26 am

Hi,
I have now fitted the new seats and am lower in the car which means I am looking through the top of the aeroscreen which is not ideal. The existing screen has a couple of cracks in it so its a good excuse to replace it. What is the best material to use? If I take the old screen off I will use this as a template unless there is one online?
Thanks Jonathan

I used 4mm Lexan and used the previous aeroscreen as a template.

Cheers Jeff. I will order some lexan. Does it need any heat to bend?

No, it should be flexible enough. I used a smoked Lexan and bought a large sheet.
