Just got these parts back from BGH from the blow up last year....

And this is one of my sprint front tyres after Goodwood

Quite a paperweight.Looks expensive.

I'm hoping mr Suzuki builds things strong.

I have a nice racing Suzuki gearbox if you would like it?

Moss won a race on tyres down to the canvas in a Cooper in nineteen fifty something, somewhere in South America IIRC

The guys at Fury Sportscars picked it up (the tyre) when they where doing the new silencer and sorting the gearbox oil leak (misting past the fill allen bolt would you believe....bit of PTFE and all good). I had terrible vibration at Goodwood and thought I'd lost the balance weights.....but this was the cause and you can see it on the video.

Was that on the inside or outside and of which front tyre

and also where was it rubbing?if at all?

Not rubbing....I flatted spotted it (in the manner of Lewis ) and then it always finds the same spot under braking...
