I like a suggestion that's come via Pistonheads:

Sylva Sceptre

Sufficiently different, but still has the same kind of 'ring' to it...
Sylva Mojo 2.0 Zetec on GSXR750 throttle bodies...

I said "Spekta" right at the start, unless you are arguing over the "re" :lol:
