Radiator Size

I have installed a Golf 1.4 rad in the J15 I am building. This is similar to the Polo rad but measures approx 520 mm wide x 325 mm high x 32 mm thick. Engine is Duratec which I hope to get 200 bhp from initially but may go up to 250 bhp in time. I have seen a couple of J15s with Radtec "Universal Polo rads" installed and now wonder if the Golf rad is big enough? Anyone any ideas on this? Car will be used for sprints and track days. Don't want to take the car to a rolling road and find there is a cooling issue.

Cheers David
