It is interesting to note that in the AEMC regs all BEC engined cars are now in the over 1700cc category regardless of engine size.

But slightly different in Sports Libre it seems Will have to wait & see what Dave Whyman put out for ACSMC.

FDMCs 2x ACSMC sprint dates are:-

Dimanche Sprint, Rushmoor Arena, 14th April

Road Going Series Production Cars (S.10.10.1) & Road Going Specialist Production Cars (S.10.10.2)
- Excluding cars in Appendix 1
1. ‘Standard Cars’ Up to 1600cc. – 2wd only, list 1Atyres
2. ‘Standard Cars’ Over 1600cc to 2000cc. – 2wd, list 1A tyres
(See Appendix 2 for specification of ‘Standard’)
3. Up to 1400cc - 2wd only, list 1A or 1B tyres
4. Over 1400cc to 2000cc – 2wd only, list 1A or 1B tyres
5. Over 2000cc - 2wd only, list 1A or 1B tyres
6. 4wd – all engine capacities, list 1A or 1B tyres
- Road Going Kit Type and Replica Cars (Examples are included in Appendix 1)
7. Up to 1700cc, excluding Motor cycle engine cars. list 1A or 1B tyres
8. Over 1700cc, including all Motor cycle engine cars, list 1A or 1B tyres
So it looks the same, looking forward to this year and twice at Hethel and 4 times at Goodwood
we also have one at coombe and 1 at clay pigeon raceway??? any body been there?

Sports Libre Cars (S.10.10.6).
12. Sports Libre Cars up to 1800cc, Motor cycle engined cars up to 1100cc.
13. Sports Libre Cars over 1800cc, Motor cycle engined cars over 1100cc.

7. Up to 1700cc, excluding Motor cycle engine cars. list 1A or 1B tyres
8. Over 1700cc, including all Motor cycle engine cars, list 1A or 1B tyres

This is what the AEMC regs have. Interestingly the BARC regs have BEC kit cars in a separate class.

Road-going Specialist Production Cars
(Road Going Kit Type Cars and Replica Cars) (To MSA Regs S11)
(Incl Lotus 7, Elise, Exige and derivatives of these cars, Sylva, Caterham and Westfield cars etc)
Class 5 Up to 1700cc
Class 6 Over 1700cc
Class 7 Any capacity with bike derived engine
