Editors of such journals usually work alone -- and on many different projects. What makes them happy is text they can use "as is". PeterColl will know this from the JPSC mag.
If we can't persuade the "unnamed person" (or Rob) to do this, we could always do a "committee edit" on a draft from Jeff

Err....hang on, my name keeps getting mentioned again.
I know exactly what would happen. I would agree to do it and then it will be 24hrs before the deadline and I will have to bash something out in a couple of hours. I'm like this with VAT returns let alone anything where there is no impending fine for non-compliance.
