I'm sure you have the necessary 'talent' already and a large engine is not required to have fun on track.

Very jealous - I just need a more powerful engine

Pete,

Sounds like you already have one of the key racing driver excuses though

Great video Jeff. Did anything pass you out on track? The car looks to have performed very well.

The only thing that went past was a M3 on slicks when I was following John on his Z4M. I did chase it but it was pouring petrol out so though twice about it. There where 2 sessions (Advanced & Expert) and most of race cars where in Expert so I only had tintops, ferraris, porsches & several supercharged Elises to play with. The car was going very well. What is interesting was that I started to get to the point that the track flows rather than being a series of separate corners and this is where I always think you start to know a circuit.

Great fun and I maybe going back in October.

Not sure about the talent bit Jeff. Definitely fun on track in my 130bhp Striker, but I need more power if I am going to hit the speeds you do on the longer straights !

Pete, I think you would need to re-body the car as a Phoenix as well if you want to see over 120MPH at Spa. :D

Particularly as the longest straight "straight" is steeply uphill!

That had crossed my mind Jeff. This may form part of my longer term plan.
