As far as I am concerned the great thing about the ACSC is the diversity of circuits. Also the lack of those nasty narrow technical venues like Curborough etc. Lydden may be short and technical but at least it's a proper circuit and I love it.
Treachery and old age will always triumph over youthful enthusiasm.
