Well that is great to see, will be out in the garage this weekend changing gear ratios ;) Pete's westfield really does get off the line well and beats us all to the bus stop very impressive.

I kept pausing the video at the gates and main land marks amazing we are talking about feet at certain places

Looking closely you are last to the bus-stop but first out of the 180 into the left. I'm still pretty much with Pete into the 180 and then he goes away.

I have made a drastic move and dropped the front from 17 teeth to 15, this gives me about 10mph less in each gear and will hopefully get me off the line. its the equivalent of adding 6 teeth to the rear so should make a big difference?

Yes, it will. We always used the front sprocket change for big changes in gearing and the rear for tweaking. Remember you might need less links in the chain...
