3rd in class and 5th overall. Not a great day and I cocked up my fastest (last) run as you will see in the video. Four of us where very close (high 77.x sec or low 78.x runs) but we had a run away winner, Paul Bowden with a 73sec run.

Interesting shot of the supercharger while running.

WOW Jeff at 1.37 it looked like the belt was going to make a run for it :o . Nice to see the shocks working and was that a bump that threw you off that corner?

Was Paul FTD? and what about Stephen? and the rest?

Paul 73.x
Stephen 77.8x
Chris Hardman 77.8x
Gino (!) 78.16
Me 78.20 (on that run with the mistake)

Everyone else was 80+

I'm still stunned at what Paul can do when he turns up. His first run was a 77 and then he just went quicker.

It is amazing how good his car is over the bumps. 4 Secs is a lot....I did try and persuade him to go to Goodwood so I can return the favour ;)

Paul Bowden 73.86
Chris Hardman 77.28
Stephen Laing 77.87
Gino Cuomo 78.16
Jeff Wiltshire 78.26

Chris is in a 1600cc Vauxhall engined Westfield with a sequential box and Gino was in his 4wd Cossie engined Rush on slicks.

and Paul in his standard H pattern showing all those fancy boys how it is done :D I think it is more about getting around the corners than changing gears

yeah think....There is something about Paui and that Caterham which works at NW. He 'believes' the car will get round and the car is so soft on its suspension it doesn't react to the bumps anywhere near as much as mine does. He is certainly on single seater pace in a Caterham.

Paul has always been "more than a bit special" at NW. Certainly shows those Nancy boys with sequential gearboxes the way!
