Well , one of us will be sub 90 sec's but it's not going to be me ----- we have a Radical SR3 RS in our class 5 cars in total but only 3 in roadgoing Money is holding back entries in 2012 and not just Goodwood

Don't think you'll have any trouble getting a late entry , Gary's email to me today mentioned being 'very short of entries and could we all encourage any others to come please'

Went to Abingdon again today but could not find Matt, in saying that most of the cars where out. You just cannot beat a MKII escort on full chat. there was some great driving, those boys can certainty drift those cars

H'mmm , they wont allow you to wear anything over the race overall Simon . If you got away with it last time it was just because they didn't notice , due to all the '' off's '' and towing in that was keeping them busy. At LONGCROSS , years ago now , it was raining torrentially as some may remember . A few of us put waterproofs over our overalls just before we came up to the line BUT the line marshals spotted it and insisted we got wet , even in the line waiting

Can't say I'm looking forward to it in similar conditions

Attitudes to "kart wet suits" over Nomex seem to vary considerably. I certainly got away with it at the tragic Goodwood sprint a few weeks ago, and at Pembrey (where it rains a lot) nobody seems to bat an eyelid. But at Snetterton a few days ago it was bucketing down (much worse than Goodwood) and, despite there being nowhere in Norfolk to shelter, suits were banned. Daft really, in any sort of fire a wet baby-gro would boil you in a bag!
