Thank you kindly Sir -------- etc etc :) David , did you know that the RAF motorsport club at Abingdon are holding a motorsport day on the 25th May for their own members ? I'm trying , through contacts , to get myself in there for a bit of fun . It's just 25 miles from me
Nice little practice day aye :?: Apparently they've requested our marshals from the FDMC .

Well done at your performance at Goodwood Rob.

We were up at MOD woodbridge today taking part in the forth round of the Borough 19 Speed Championship. This is a new track for 2010 and it was a very drivable (and interesting which is a bonus for an airfield track) so heres hoping it will be on the calendar for 2011 :P . There were 3 Strikers out and we achieved a 1,2,3 in class which is always good.
Here is a video of the track and Dad can i suggest we move the microphone away from the gearbox as I feel in the current position it is misrepresenting my gear changes.

Rob, thanks for that. Unfortunately I will not be joining you at the Carnival as I somewhat foolishly agreed the cycle the southdowns way. Assuming I survive that experience I'm sure we'll meet up at some point this season. Chris

My son just sent me these pic's from Goodwood on 15th May that he took . You can't see the Escort space frame driver through the window , cos he sits in the back :o but you can see he's shoving it as hard as it will go trying beat my time :P It's hard to believe it's 625kgs until the f/glass body gets lifted off to expose his 260bhp zetec.
I don't think I've lifted the inside wheel that high coming through there before either :P

Well , that was a waste of time , I can't upload , it's too big  Could someone do it for me if I send them my pic's :?:
