For info........
My friends in the WSCC are running another group buy with Simpson Racing Exhausts. There is a reasonable (but not huge) discount available.
For anybody who doesn't know Simpson, they are not the cheapest exhaust manufacturer in the world but they are among the best for bendy creativity, engineering accuracy and finish. Marmelade flies one.
Although this is supposed to be for WSCC members only, I'm sure that anyone interested would receive a sympathetic hearing from Paul Ash -- details at http://boardroom.wscc.co.uk/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=15;t=86166

Hi Rob
Yes, it's a 1.4 from Karl at Extreme engines. I'm looking forward to it (never driven a BEC, but others seem to manage).
The 1.6 VX engine has gone into a Westie SEi (narrow) that I managed to pick up for a "level playing field" season in the WSCC Speed Series (I've been accused of unfair advantage (the Striker) hitherto).
Striker will be used in B19 championship and other "sundry" events.
Hope all well with you.
