As a matter of interest Jeff , why did you get it from Raceline (Pete & Chris - great guys I know) and not ELITE

We went for Quaife because the box is helical (to reduce the noise) and doesn't require an oil pump/cooler. I've looked at the IL300 Elite and while the company has a reputation for good customer service the product doesn't have the greatest reputation. The 60G seems to be very well rated even if the company isn't (according to some people).
