   what rubber are you going to put on that then? Also does this mean you will be changing class or staying in road going?

lol

I was joking. I'm looking to be able to get the Avon ZZR 205/60 13 under the arches. This tyre measures 230mm width which is somewhat larger than a 205 R888 (which is still a no go currently but very close) at 208mm and the A048 measures 208mm as well. So still with 7J x 13 but one step up in tyres (maybe even the 215 V70 Kumho). I can only get 185 under the rear of the car currently. I don't want to go to big as I would rather break traction than break transmission parts.

A quick question.

Were you planning to retain the Jenvey throttle bodies? The reason I ask is my BIL originally had a set on his turbo charged Fiesta setup and the boost leaked down the throttle shafts and blew out the Jenvy logo'd disc that separates the inlet tracts, mind you this was several years ago.

The latest incarnation had a single throttle pre the plenum as a) it didn't leak boost and b) it was simpler. Shortening the inlet would also give you more room for the plenum.
